BOOTH Patricia A. Patricia A. Booth of the Point/Shoreland Community passed away at Hospice of Northwest Ohio-Toledo on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at the age of 64. Pat worked at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center as a Registered Nurse for 35 years, retiring in 2002. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, the outdoors, sunning and fund raising walks for charities. Pat was a member of Ottawa River Yacht Club, Outings Unlimited and was a Big Cleveland Brown’s and Ohio State University Football Fan. She most enjoyed being with her loving granddaughter. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, James and Monica (Lemle) Whitacre and husband, Lewis Booth. Left to cherish her memory are loving children, Mark DeCola and Heather DeCola, granddaughter; Miley and brother; Harry Whitacre. Memorial visitation will begin on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 in the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., (419-726-1583) from 3-6 p.m. Memorial Services will follow the same evening at 6 p.m. with Fr. Gerald Chmiel officiating. Interment will be private.
