BULONE Thomas Vincent Thomas Vincent Bulone, 55
years, of Toledo, OH, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on
Saturday, October 15, 2011. Tom was born on July 14, 1956, in Toledo to Margaret
and Anthony Bugaj. He graduated from Waite High School in 1974. Tom was a Boy
Scout leader for 20 years at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Tom loved his
current job as a Juvenile Detention Officer for Lucas County and hated to miss a
day of work. He previously worked at Rowe Metal then Williams & Company
(Superior Group) for 10 years. He loved: being with his family and friends,
sneaking candy to his grandson, watching his DVDs, animals, Native American Pow
Wows, and traveling. Tom always had a big smile on his face, a warm heart, and a
hug to give. He was an inspiration to all he met. Tom was a true warrior in his
battle against cancer. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and
friend he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Tom is survived
by his wife, Mary (Ryan); son, Vincenzo (Amanda); daughter, Vanessa; grandson,
Vincenzo; mother, Margaret Bugaj; sister, Lucia (Doug) Murphy; brother, Tony
(Karen) and Vincent (Brenda); niece, Alycia; nephews, Anthony and Vincent. He
was preceded in death by his father and grandparents, Anna and Vincenzo Bulone
and Anthony Hedwig Bugaj. Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel,
1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon (419) 693-9304, on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from
2-8 p.m. where the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be
held in the funeral home on Thursday, 9 a.m. and continue on with the funeral
Mass at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St.
Ignatius Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Boy Scouts of
